Coddie is an AI code sharing platform where users create and share code projects generated with AI tools like ChatGPT. 3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Age Requirement

4. User Content
4.1 Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the code and content you upload to Coddie ("User Content"). However, by uploading User Content, you grant Coddie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.
4.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to upload and share the User Content
- Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, patents, copyrights, or trademarks
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
- Your User Content does not contain malicious code, viruses, malware, or security exploits
4.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

When you upload code to Coddie, you should specify the license under which others may use your code. If no license is specified, other users may view your code but should not use, modify, or redistribute it without your explicit permission. 5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Violate any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
- Upload malicious code, including malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or security exploits
- Upload code designed to harm, damage, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech
- Spam, advertise, or promote products or services without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
- Submit false or misleading information about your projects or code
6. Security and Malicious Code
Coddie takes security seriously. The upload of malicious code is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
Malicious code includes but is not limited to:
- Viruses, worms, trojans, and other malware
- Ransomware or code that encrypts or locks user data
- Spyware or code that collects data without consent
- Code that exploits security vulnerabilities
- Code designed to compromise system integrity or user privacy
- Phishing scripts or deceptive authentication systems

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
7.1 Copyright Policy
Coddie respects the intellectual property rights of others. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a notice to coddie11111@gmail.com with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

7.3 AI-Generated Content
Coddie is designed for sharing AI-generated code. While AI tools assist in code creation, users are responsible for ensuring their uploaded code does not infringe on existing copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights. Users should verify that their code is original or properly licensed before uploading.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Violations including but not limited to uploading malicious code, infringing intellectual property rights, or engaging in abusive behavior will result in immediate termination.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at coddie11111@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, though your uploaded content may remain accessible to other users unless you request its removal.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 "AS IS" Service
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USER CONTENT IS ACCURATE, SAFE, OR FREE FROM MALICIOUS CODE.
9.2 Code Safety
While we prohibit malicious code, we cannot guarantee that all user-uploaded code is safe. You use code from Coddie at your own risk. Always review code carefully before running or deploying it. We recommend testing code in isolated environments and scanning for security vulnerabilities.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODDIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR USER CONTENT.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coddie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Coddie is operated from the Republic of Korea. If you access the Service from outside Korea, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
